The work culture also needs to be a culture you're happy with. You won't be able to gauge all aspects of the culture until you there. However, you can check on it by reading the reviews on employee review sites. You'll most likely find the information you're looking for about how everyday work life is there. Consider whether you can deal with the dynamics of the workplace and if you're willing to overlook some imperfections. You can decide after you consider all three factors.
